What's Happening This Week: January 19-23

 Welcome Back for the Spring 2010 Semester!



Here's a preview of what's happening this week:

Through January 19: Spring Session Registration for Continuing and Professional Education classes. Most online and on-campus classes begin January 19. Visit CPE for particular details about your class of interest.

Monday, January 18: Martin Luther King, Jr. Day – HOLIDAY. Many university offices are closed.

Tuesday, January 19: First Day of Classes for Spring 2010 semester.

Wednesday, January 20, 7:00 pm – 9:00 pm. Transfer Student Social. The University Programming Council is holding an event just for transfer students. There will be food, crafts, karaoke, games, and information about UMass that orientation may not have covered. Student Union Ballroom

Thursday, Jan 21, 2010, 4:00 pm. Australia/New Zealand Study Abroad Information Session. Interested in studying abroad in Australia or New Zealand? Come to one of these mandatory sessions to find out more information about available programs.  Hills (South) Education Abroad Advising Center (Room 455)
