Weekly Preview: April 30 - May 4

Welcome to the end of the semester!

The final R1 (Tier 1) Basic Math Skills Exemption Test will be held on Monday, April 30 at 6:30pm in Marcus 131. Your student ID and a #2 pencil are required. A calculator is recommended.  Exemption tests will resume in the Fall.

Tuesday, May 1: Last Day of Classes

The Academic Advising Link will close for the semester on the last day of classes.  Stop by before 8:00pm on Tuesday with any last minute questions for our peer advisors.

Applications for the Isenberg School of Management BBA track (Accounting; Finance; Management; Marketing; Operations Management), Hospitality & Tourism Management or Sport Management are due by Tuesday, May 1 at 5:00pmRead our earlier post to find out more about the application process. 

On Wednesday, May 2 from 11:30am – 3:00pm, join the UMass Writing Program in the Campus Center Auditorium for the 30th annual Celebration of Writing!  For 30 years the Writing Program has been committed to student writing. This year, in addition to displays and readings showcasing the work done by undergraduate students in the various aspects of the Writing Program, the history of the program will also be showcased. Final Exams begin on Thursday, May 3.  You did take care of any conflicts, right?  Good luck on your exams and your end of the semester papers and presentations!
